For those looking to self-publish their literary opus, brief reviews of BookLocker, Lulu, iUniverse, BookSurge and DogEar Publishing.
Interesting that they left out Blurb, as someone noted in the comments over there. Maybe they left it out because its focus seems to be on relatively short, photo-heavy books; but it still feels like an oversight.
