Henry Sene Yee reveals the creative process he went through to arrive at an appropriate cover image for this account of the 1999 shooting tragedy in Littleton, Colorado. Along the way, he includes and discusses the rejected covers.

If you ever get the chance take a drive out to Easton, PA to the Crayola museum and factory. Drive straight out the the Holland tunnel go across NJ on 78 and as soon as you cross the Delaware river you are in Easton, just a little over and hour from NYC. I have been 3 times with my 6 year old, it’s a cool day trip.
