Slack’s Release Notes

In this age of automatically updating software, you would think that the minor art of writing release notes would be forgotten, especially if you’re a much praised new product riding the wave of skyrocketing growth. Not so in the case of Slack, whose latest release notes are surprisingly, pleasingly witty, even if most people will never read them. It’s just one more aspect of crafting a superb user experience.

Side note: one thing I would like for Christmas is support for unordered lists in App Store descriptions.
