The last host provider for Subtraction.com was terrible — I don’t fault them for the fact that they got hacked, but rather for their rude and unresponsive customer service, which probably lead to the malicious hacking in the first place. Whatever; I’m moving on with my life, and have transferred over to Media Temple, ISP to the design stars. So far, so good — their account management tools are terrific, but most of all their customer service is a relief in its simple helpfulness. Imagine that! By the way, the transfer wasn’t seamless, as GIFs are missing here and there throughout this log and its archives. Given a few days, I’ll have most everything restored.
